1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be intact

• In original packaging

❗ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on panties, lingerie sets, or intimate items unless the product is damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Panties and underwear

• Intimate bodysuits

• Sale or final sale items

• Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for your return

• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
